Heart of Ohio Family Health is proud to offer a retail pharmacy that is open to all patients and community residents. We are located on the second floor of our James B. Feibel Clinic at 5000 East Main Street, in Columbus Ohio. Our pharmacy is in a unique position to offer discounts on medications that the average pharmacy may not be able to provide. If you are having challenges affording your medications, we encourage you to call us with your concerns so we can assist you with providing a needed solution.

WORKING WITH YOU TO MEET YOUR HEALTHCARE GOALS

Our pharmacists work with you and your healthcare provider to develop a personalized medication plan and lab testing to help meet your health goals and avoid unwanted side effects. Our pharmacists can provide Medication Therapy Management (MTH) for medications associated with a variety of health conditions including:

Asthma
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD)
High blood pressure
High cholesterol
Type 2 Diabetes

340B DRUG DISCOUNT PROGRAM

The 340B Drug Discount Program allows Federally Qualified Health Centers, such as Heart of Ohio Family Health, and other safety net health care providers to purchase prescription medication at significantly reduced prices.

The 340B Drug Discount Program is managed by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Office of Pharmacy Affairs (OPA). Participation in the Program results in significant savings estimated to be 20% to 95% on the cost of pharmaceuticals for safety-net providers.
The purpose of the 340B Program is to enable these entities to stretch scarce federal resources, reaching more eligible patients and providing more comprehensive services.
All Heart of Ohio Family Health patients are eligible.
