Behavioral Health 

At Heart of Ohio Family Health, our team recognizes the importance of mental health. If you or a loved one are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, mood disorders, schizophrenia, and/or any other mental health conditions, we have trained counselors and nurse practitioners here to empathize and help. We provide psychiatric medication management and one-on-one counseling services. If you have a substance use disorder, Heart of Ohio Family Health will provide your primary care services and help to connect you with the appropriate substance use disorder services in our community. Patients must establish themselves with primary care or women’s health services and treat us as their primary care provider to receive behavioral health services.
