Do I have to pay for my Visit?

We have a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. Sliding scale fees are based on proof of household income relative to the Federal Poverty Level and family size. Co-payments are collected at the time of service, with insurance co-pays as shown on your insurance card or a $25 minimum co-payment for those without health insurance. All insurances are accepted.

Are there interpreters on Site?

Yes, we have on site interpreters in Nepali, Somali and Spanish at our locations. We also have a phone interpret system for all other languages.

Is there any health insurance assistance?

Accepted Answer

Medical Health Care Open Enrollment is the first two weeks of December. We have trained Certified Application Counselors who are able to help patients look for health coverage options. These services are free and open to anyone who needs assistance.
