Transportation
Transportation may be available for established patients for immediate health care needs such as prenatal care, specialist appointment for a patient who is diabetic and prescription pick-up for life sustaining drugs. Transportation is limited to the communities surrounding the health centers at Capital Park and Whitehall.
Use of the transportation service requires prior approval by the Transportation Coordinator. To inquire about transportation service, please call 614-235-5555.
