Joy Parker is the first CEO of Heart of Ohio Family Health Centers. From 2003 to 2007, she acted in dual roles as CEO of Heart of Ohio Family Health Centers and Director of Mount Carmel Community Outreach Program. She retired from Mount Carmel Health in November 2007 to focus her attention fully on the growing health center. As Director of Mount Carmel Outreach Programs for 14 years, she implemented the “door to door” immunization program, mobile medical coach program, Help Me Grow Program and many other programs. Ms. Parker has a Bachelors in Nursing and a Masters in Business Administration from Franklin University. Under her leadership, the Outreach program won numerous awards including the Catholic Healthcare Association’s Highest Achievement Award for the “door to door immunization program.” Most recently, she was named manager of the Health Care Hero Award, by Business First on July 16, 2009.

Renu Soni, MD, is Board-certified in internal medicine and has many years of FQHC experience in Kentucky as well as three years as CMO with Capital Park Family Health Center.
