Health education activity topics include nutrition, preventive care and wellness, healthy lifestyles, chronic diseases, and other needs of our population. Educational fact sheets and brochures (available in English, Spanish, Somali, and in some other languages) are available in our lobby and from our staff. We strive to offer a well-rounded approach to preventive healthcare delivery.
